The Tim Mee Toy Cold War Fighter Jets are ready for maximum air support to your Plastic Army Men ground troops. These aircraft are proudly manufactured in the United States. Each plane measures 8.1 inches long with 5.6 inch or 3.75 inch wingspan, and are approximately 1:75th scale. Made from slightly stiff Silver-Gray color HDPE plastic with a medium amount detail and a little flashing. These airplanes are modeled after the Lockheed F-104 Starfighter and Grumman F11F/F-11 Tiger fighter jet. Processed Plastic Co. (Tim Mee Toy's parent company at the time), first produced these airplanes sometime around the early 1960s, and they were often boxed or bagged with Airmen figures and marketed as U.S. Air Force Sets all the way into the 1990s. These are real American Made toys, meant to be set up, knocked over, picked up and played with for years to come. Includes optional sticker sheet and recommended for ages 5 and up.
