This set includes 30 OD Green US Soldiers, 32 Tan Imperial Japanese Soldiers, 3 Anti-Aircraft Tanks, 2 Higgins Boat Landing Craft, 3 Fighter Planes, 2 OD Green Artillery and Howitzer, 2 Tan Artillery, Willys MB 1/4 Ton Vehicle, Bulldozer, 4 Palm Trees, 4 Ferns, Mine Entrance, Pillbox, 2 Ruined Buildings, 12 Barbed Wire Fence Sections, Roadblock Hill Terrain, 3 Volcanic Terrain, 3 OD Green Tents and 7 Accessories, 3 Tan Tents and 7 Accessories, 3 Flags. The figures and accessories in this massive set were originally made in the 1950s and 1960s by great American Toy companies like Tim Mee Toy, Ideal, Payton, and Louis Marx & Company. BMC Toys is proud to be the current steward of these tools and to be able to offer all these pieces together for the first time ever. This playset is inspired by the toys of the past with more of a focus on fun than accuracy. Some accessories are smaller in scale than the figures, and some pieces would be more accurate in the European Theater or Post-War era.
