From the BMC Toys CLASSIC TOY SOLDIER COLLECTOR SERIES, the rundown grounds of a once fine manor. The ESTATE RUINS 13 piece set includes a brown destroyed mansion facade, 4 charcoal-gray long stone walls, 6 off-white rustic fence sections, and 2 coal-black charred trees. Made from slightly stiff HDPE and stiff ABS plastic with a medium amount of detail. The mansion stands 3.75 inches tall x 6.3 inches across, trees are 4.75 inches tall, fence sections are 5.95 inches long and the walls are 8.375 inches long. The fences interlock in a zig-zag pattern and include 4 regular sections and 2 'damaged' looking sections. The walls include 2 straight sections and 2 'L' shaped sections that have a short corner on one side. Parts are approximately 1:32 scale, but work well with any 1:35 to 1:29 scale figures. These accessories were initially offered to hobby collectors by Classic Toy Soldiers Company. The pieces were inspired by those in several famous playsets offered by Louis Marx and Company in the 1960s and 1970s. Classic Toy Soldiers Co. worked with BMC Toys to make them available to today's youngsters. BMC Toys was founded by Bill McMaster in 1991 and specializes in producing historically accurate plastic army men figures and playsets in the classic realistic style of the 1950s and 1960s.
