From the Classic Army Men Collector Series, BMC Toys brings back more classic Playset accessories from yesteryear. This 42 piece Set includes a variety of old-timey furniture and accessories. Pieces are made from slightly stiff brown color HDPE plastic. Pieces include desks, chairs. benches, beds, bar, barrel, crates, rilfe crate, dresser, coat rack, barber chair, lantern, roll of Barbed Wire, general store counters and displays, sacks of feed and flour, printing press and wood block bench, brief case, and barrel with tap. This Set includes what are often referred to as the 'Jail Side' and 'Hotel Side' accessory groups. They were first offered in the 1950s by Louis Marx and Co. and were included in a number of their legendary Playsets spanning many years including Western Town, Silver City Western Town, Roy Rogers Mineral City, Dodge City, Trading Post, and Wyatt Earp Dodger City Western Town. This new production is manufactured using the original plastic injection tools. Perfect to furnish Playsets, dioramas and even doll houses and suitable for late 19th century Old West through early and mid-20th century time periods and beyond. This is a Set of real American Made toys, meant to be set up, knocked over, picked up, and played with for many years to come. Packed in clear bag bag with insert card and recommended for ages 5 and up.
