From the BMC Toys CLASSIC TOY SOLDIER COLLECTOR SERIES, the war that divided a nation. The AMERICAN CIVIL WAR SOLDIERS 32 piece plastic army men set features 16 powder-blue Union troops in 8 different poses and 8 charcoal-gray Southern forces in 10 poses. Made from soft plastic with lots of detail. Figures stand up to 2.34 inches tall and are approximately 1:32 scale. These soldiers were initially offered to hobby collectors by Classic Toy Soldiers Company around 2010. Classic Toy Soldiers Co. worked with BMC Toys to make them available to today's youngsters. BMC Toys was founded by Bill McMaster in 1991 and specializes in producing historically accurate plastic army men figures and playsets in the classic realistic style of the 1950s and 1960s. Instructions: With adult supervision, dip any bent part in hot water, then cold water to straighten. These figures are a perfect addition to any American Civil War playset or school project diorama. Packaged in clear bag with header card and recommended for ages 5 and up.
